The Evolution of Fortnite : Season 4 The fourth season of Fortnite: Battle Royale Was when special items began to appear on the map. Players witnessed a meteorite hitting Dusty Depot changing its name to Dusty Divot. Inside the newly created Dusty Divot players could consume a rock item that would make gravity apply to them less and they couldn't take fall damage. The addition of this item created different ways for players to eliminate each other and it kind of "Spiced Up" the game. People really liked the addition of new consumable items like this and requested that the game creators do things like this more often. The Season 4 battlepass included Skins like "Carbide" "Zoey" and the tier 100 skin "Omega". The Fourth Battlepass included the first skins that could be upgraded . Both the "Omega" skin and the "Carbide" skin could be upgraded through

The Evolution of Fortnite : Season 3 The third season of Fortnite:Battle Royale's Battlepass included skins to do with astronauts and the John Wick skin. The John Wick skin became a meme because John Wicks were said to be try-hards so someone made this video and it ended up blowing up because it made fun of the people who used the John Wick skin  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4uj9Bydfmag  . The other skins included in the Battle Pass were the Moonwallker, The Rust Lord and the Dark Voyager. It included emotes like "Take The L" .  It also included emotes like "Orange Justice" "Hype" and "Groove Jam", "Best Mates" and "The Robot".

The Evolution of Fortnite : Season 2 In the second season of Fortnite:Battle Royale the "Battle-pass" was introduced. The Battle Pass was a feature that players could pay for and it would give them access to multiple skins, gliders and icons. The Battle Pass also only cost 10 euro so it wasn't difficult for people to obtain. It rewarded players for completing Daily and Weekly by letting them progress in the "Battle Pass" to obtain more rewards. It offered skins like the Black Knight, Royale Knight, The Worm and The Ride the Pony Emotes. The original "Meta" in the video-game was the "Double Pump" which was when players would have two Pump Shotguns in their inventory and would shoot one and switch to the other and repeat this quickly until they eliminated their opponents. This was when the game was in it's prime in my opinion, from season 2 to season 3.

The Evolution of Fortnite Fortnite:Battle Royale is said to be the most popular video game of 2017-2018 and it is a true statement as people share images , videos and memes of the game everywhere in the world. People started playing it in Autumn of 2017 and Haven't stopped since. Fortnite:Battle Royale is a game which puts 100 players in an area and they fight until there is 1 player left standing. There is an outside circle that closes in, forcing players to move inside it otherwise they would get stuck in the storm. The storm does damage to a player's main health, ignoring their shield. The storm can also be used to a players advantage as they can strategically obstruct their opponents' way into the storm causing them to get eliminated. The game became very popular due to it being free and accessible to anybody that owned a PlayStation 4, an Xbox One or a PC.
